The hotel's location and friendly staff are its best aspects. It is located near a lot of restaurants and shops which made it easy to grab a bite or do some shopping. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, making sure all our needs were met. the room was spacious enough to move around and relax.
The negative aspects of this hotel outweigh the positive ones. The facilities were really old and the aircon did not work properly, making the room too hot or too cold.

The only good thing about this place was the free breakfast and the complimentary drinks at the bar. The hotel's location was also convenient and close to all the main attractions in the city center. It was easy to walk around and explore the area. the staff was friendly and always willing to help with anything we needed.
Our thanksgiving holiday was ruined by our stay at this hotel. The room was dirty and smelled bad.
